The Marcine Group started in 1975 with a group of construction management professionals who realized and met the needs of property owners in southern Ontario. From this came Marcine Investments Ltd. We had one goal back then, to provide a top quality service resulting in total client satisfaction. Committing ourselves to our obligations with this goal in mind is the reason for our successful growth.
In the beginning of our existence we took on smaller properties, slowly growing & always learning new ways to service tenants in a professional manner as a representative for the property owner. Taking on construction & repair work, we expanded our services into two divisions adding Roussel Property Services Ltd.
By introducing Greenland Construction & Management
Ltd. as our third division, we are able to diversify and concentrate our focus on projects individually and successfully. Since the beginning we have grown into three servicing the region with excellent service & a proven track record.
